The women in my life are so important to me. They are my backbone, my rock, the ones I go to when I’m at my lowest and help me tackle the heavy stuff. I can’t think of a more perfect time than Valentines Day to recognize all my ladies – hell, we should do it more often.
Amanda and I met in Brooklyn. We were both hanging out at a new spot called Sunday In Brooklyn on a weeknight. She complimented my outfit from across the bar, and not to sound cliche, had me at hello (ugh, best movie ever right!?).
After chatting all night, I kind of knew she was stuck with me. We became instant friends and she’s now one of the most supportive women in my life. With her boho chic style, she’s also become a style inspiration to me – she’s a total rockstar and doesn’t even know it. More than anything else though, her kind + gentle spirit and positive outlook on life is honestly infectious.
Okay, I’m done being a sap!! East Coast Fox and I have similar (while also unique) styles. It’s no surprise that Urban Outfitters is one of our absolute favorites.
